Vulkan Power Armor

By TheExile

The Vulkan （Also known as ＂Equalizer＂） Power armor is a set designed by the Enclave at an unkown time․ THe only sets ever made were exclusively assigned to members of Epsilon Squad in West Virginia․ Whether or not this Power Armor is canon is up for debate․
