Terms of Service

Use likes and dislikes honestly. Dislikes influence ranking and do not remove an avatar. Do not automate votes or use multiple accounts to manipulate results.

Description-code verification establishes your ability to edit the specified VRChat upload. It does not establish copyright ownership. Claim an avatar before requesting automatic unlisting, and use a fresh one-time unlisting code. Do not claim work without permission. Moderator removals cannot be reversed through creator controls. Formal copyright notices and reports of stolen uploads remain available at dmca@vrchatlegends.com.

AviSeek (aviseek.vrchatlegends.com) is a search index of publicly available VRChat avatar listings, operated by VRChat Legends. These terms cover AviSeek and its API only - the main VRChat Legends site has its own terms. AviSeek is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by VRChat Inc.

By using AviSeek you agree to:

• use the site for its intended search, collection, and promotion features, and follow the separate API restrictions below;
• not attempt to bypass rate limits, content filters, or creator unlist decisions;
• not scrape the site beyond the documented API;
• not use AviSeek to harass creators or misrepresent avatar ownership;
• not upload, submit, or attempt to surface adult, exploitative, hateful, violent, or infringing content;
• not evade moderation through spelling tricks, tags, alternate metadata, or repeated submissions.

Anyone may build a VRChat world using the public AviSeek API. Commercial resale of the API requires prior written permission. Respect the documented rate limits, creator rights, and permitted uses below.

• Personal, non-commercial projects may use the documented endpoints with reasonable request volumes.
• Public world endpoints are available to all world creators without an account link or API key. They do not expose personal favorites, account settings, or login sessions.
• Selling access to AviSeek data, bundling it into paid products, ads-supported services, or paid tools is prohibited without written permission.
• Bulk redistribution of the index is prohibited.
• Respect the published rate limits; we may throttle, block, or revoke access at any time, for any reason.

AviSeek indexes avatar listings that are already public. Creators can unlist their avatars at any time from Avatar Insights (claimed using a one-time VRChat description code), which hides them from public AviSeek results and API listings. Third-party previews may remain cached. Avatar names, images, and metadata belong to their respective creators; VRChat and related marks belong to VRChat Inc.

AviSeek is an all-ages index. Automated rules inspect names, descriptions, creator names, source tags, and AviSeek-generated tags. Listings associated with adult sexual content, exploitation, hate, graphic violence, self-harm promotion, or other harmful material may be excluded automatically or removed by an administrator. We may update these rules as new terms and evasion patterns appear.

Sign-in takes place on VRChat Legends. You authorize the profile and connection information shown on its consent screen. Keep that account secure and do not impersonate another person. Supporter benefits depend on the rank and linked-account status supplied by VRChat Legends; you may need to sign in again to refresh them.

The account page provides export, preference, collection, and deletion controls. Deleting AviSeek data does not delete your VRChat Legends account, public avatar listings, or credit and reward records described in our Privacy Policy. We may restrict access for abuse or violations of these terms.

AviSeek credits are service credits used for available placements, extra favorite slots and listings explicitly priced in credits. They are not a bank balance or a promise of cash redemption. Check the displayed cost, duration, and eligibility before confirming an action. Credit-pack checkout may be unavailable; an unavailable checkout does not charge you.

All sales are final. AviSeek does not offer refunds for credit packs, promotions, favorite slots or any other purchase, and credits are not returned when a promotion is stopped early. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

Active boosters of the official AviSeek Discord server may receive 150 credits once for the lifetime of both their AviSeek account and Discord account after connecting and successful verification. Extra boosts, stopping and restoring boosts, leaving and rejoining, reconnecting Discord or deleting account data do not renew this reward.

Eligible supporter ranks may receive recurring credit grants. Verified members of the AviSeek VRChat group can receive five extra favorite slots and 50 credits once per account. Referral rewards apply to qualifying first sign-ins through a referral link. Creating duplicate accounts, self-referrals, or other artificial activity to farm rewards is prohibited. We may correct erroneous or abusive grants.

Extra slots increase your saved-avatar capacity; they do not grant ownership of an avatar. If you were charged by mistake (for example, a duplicate charge), contact support@vrchatlegends.com. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded where you live.

You can sponsor eligible public avatars, including avatars made by another creator, and available group placements. Sponsoring a listing does not establish ownership, permission to redistribute it, or endorsement by its creator. Placements run for the selected period and do not automatically renew. You can stop a placement early, but unused time is not refunded. Availability and prices are shown when booking; exposure, clicks, and results are not guaranteed.

Promoted listings remain subject to moderation, creator unlisting, and source availability. A promotion does not override a removal decision. Contact support if a booked placement cannot be delivered.

Avatar and referral links are public. Referral previews can show the inviter’s display name and profile picture, including on Discord and other services that fetch the link. Only share a referral link when you are comfortable with that information being visible.

AviSeek is provided as available. Listings, ranks, group statistics, and previews may be incomplete or out of date. Third-party services and cached previews are outside our direct control. The installed web app still needs an internet connection for account and catalog features.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. This does not exclude obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We will publish updated terms here with a new revision date and provide additional notice when required for material changes. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law.
