AviSeek (aviseek.vrchatlegends.com) is a search index of publicly available VRChat avatar listings, operated by VRChat Legends. These terms cover AviSeek and its API only - the main VRChat Legends site has its own terms. AviSeek is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by VRChat Inc.

By using AviSeek you agree to:

• use the site and API for personal, non-commercial purposes only;
• not attempt to bypass rate limits, content filters, or creator unlist decisions;
• not scrape the site beyond the documented API;
• not use AviSeek to harass creators or misrepresent avatar ownership;
• not upload, submit, or attempt to surface NSFW or infringing content.

The AviSeek API may NOT be used for profit, in any commercial product or service, or without permission. Any use beyond personal, non-commercial projects requires prior written permission from VRChat Legends.

• Personal, non-commercial projects may use the documented endpoints with reasonable request volumes.
• Selling access to AviSeek data, bundling it into paid products, ads-supported services, or paid tools is prohibited without written permission.
• Bulk redistribution of the index is prohibited.
• Respect the published rate limits; we may throttle, block, or revoke access at any time, for any reason.
• To request commercial permission, contact us through vrchatlegends.com.

AviSeek indexes avatar listings that are already public. Creators can unlist their avatars at any time from Creator Studio (verified through their VRChat Legends profile), which removes them from every AviSeek surface, including the API. Avatar names, images, and metadata belong to their respective creators; VRChat and related marks belong to VRChat Inc.

Signing in uses your VRChat Legends account. AviSeek never asks for or handles VRChat account credentials. We may suspend AviSeek access for accounts that break these terms.

AviSeek is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. The index may be incomplete, out of date, or unavailable. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the site or API.

We may update these terms at any time; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
