Oilworks Ri'kop Citizen Type-3

By ProvableBot95

Ri'kop （Rei-cop） are a species of raptor-like humanoid creatures known for their infamy as bootleggers and pirates․ Often living in enviroments steeped in toxic fumes‚ their lives are short （50-60 years） and their overconfidence leads to complications․ They're not all bad‚ some of them have made genuine attempts to ＂clean up＂ their species' act․
