［PLAYING LOG U03-070801］ Recording audio log‚ date ［REDACTED］‚ head of research․ Following a recent report of the disappearance of ［REDACTED］ people‚ we recovered an old VHS tape labeled ＂Untitled 03＂․ Playing the tape‚ on initial impression‚ it was a nature documentary talking about ［AUDIO SKIPS］ around the 2-minute mark‚ the first instance of the anomalous entity appears‚ which takes the form of a dark‚ tall‚ and spiky tree․ From there‚ it would show up in every single scene․ Upon multiple viewings‚ a new entity would take its place‚ resembling a tall‚ slender figure with teeth extended from the mouth to the torso․ Viewing this entity would cause the participants to experience severe anxiety‚ paranoia‚ and ［REDACTED］․ Entity manifestation on participants continues even if the tape is removed․ A containment procedure is being worked on at the time of recording․ ［END LOG］ - Avatar submission for Spookality 2025 by ＠HTDuy98
